Interior demolition was initiated to reconfigure a commercial office layout, starting with non-load-bearing wall removal and drop ceiling adjustments. Electrical conduit and HVAC ducting were rerouted to accommodate a new floor plan. Temporary safety partitions were installed for ongoing occupancy during construction.
